CEC/NH LLP is predominantly owned by James McNaney, a member of the Lower Nicola Indian Band, holding a 98% stake in the company. Cutting Edge Consulting Inc, the operating entity for general construction, holds a 2% ownership in CEC/NH LLP.

In line with our commitment to supporting local communities, CEC/NH LLP prioritizes the engagement of Indigenous businesses, with a particular emphasis on partnering with local Indigenous companies such as Nomad Hauling, which is fully owned by James McNaney, a proud member of LNIB. 

CEC/NH LLP also seeks to employ members from various Indigenous communities and maintains strong relationships with local groups. Our dedication to inclusivity extends to actively involving Indigenous companies, organizations, and community members in our projects and endeavors.
