After last year's incredible participation, we're thrilled to announce that CEC is all geared up for the Canadian Mental Health Association's 2000 Push-up Challenge again! Join us in this free fitness event as we push for better mental health for all Canadians and raise money for CMHA. Together, we'll achieve the daily targets and honor the ~2,000 lives lost to suicide each day worldwide. Let's make a difference, one push-up at a time!
