THE DETAILS
In the fall of 2021, many bridges and highways were damaged due to the catastrophic floods. The CEC crew worked for the Ministry of Transportation and Yellowhead Road & Bridge to repair the damage that had been done to the Canford Bridge over the Nicola River. We worked on repairs on this bridge from December 2021 until February 2022. Our crew completely replaced the two west spans of the bridge that were washed out with prestressed concrete box girders on a pipe pile foundation.
