THE DETAILS
Our 9ton Broderson Carry Deck may not get put to work as often as our bigger cranes, but when it does, it is the only crane for the job. This crane was built for tight spaces, and this space up at New Afton Mine seemed to be perfectly designed for this crane back in January of 2021. Our operator went up to New Gold on an emergency call to measure this space up to see if we could get in and help replace a pump in the mill, and with few inches to spare, we said yes to this job. We had some close margins, but we did it. CEC never backs down from a challenge.
